Bereka Real Estate was founded in 2018 with a clear mission: to bring professionalism, transparency, and bilingual service to the Ethiopian property market. Starting in the Haile Garment area of Addis Ababa, we built our reputation by connecting buyers and investors with quality residential developments.
Since our founding, we have been involved in the sale of 500+ units across 18+ residential buildings and currently market 21 active projects across Haile Garment, Sar Bet, and Kera.
